• A 100% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

• Payments can be made via mobile money (Airtel Money).

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.

• We reserve the right to request full pre-payment for high-demand dates.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event: Full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: No refund.

• We do not handle delivery and set up, be sure to arrange for your own transport of the castles/items to and from the provided location.

• Setup is to be done by the customer, if unsure we can instruct on how to do the setup.

• All inflatables are cleaned before and after every use.

• Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using our equipment.

• Maximum user limits and age restrictions must be followed for safety.

• Shoes, sharp objects, food, and drinks are not allowed on or near inflatables.

• Shatina’s Party Fun is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or lack of supervision.

• Clients are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

• A damage fee may apply for tears, burns, or stains.

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental.
